We ask that you please forward any moderation related inquiries or appeals to [email protected]. Since we are a small team, we don’t always have time to respond to all of our emails. We do review every inquiry we receive and will reach out to you if we need any more information. Thank you again for reaching out and we hope you have a great day! Sincerely, The Quora Team

    • 2 Sept 2025. Further to my comment above, my ban/multiple answer deletion occurred Sat 30 August. This morning I had not one but two responses, asking for more specific post references. One to the email I sent, and another from their built-in form. So! It does work. Both ways! I have replied and cross-referenced both for their better usage. I find it odd (as I said in my reply to them) that Quora’s answer format includes links, yet treats them as “spam” ( I believe this is what I fell afoul of). I have requested further guidelines.

      • Thank you for sharing your detailed experience 🙏. It’s really helpful for other readers to know that Quora support does respond if contacted through both email and their built-in form. You make a great point — while Quora allows links, using too many (or linking in a way that looks promotional) can trigger their spam filters. This is one of the most common reasons for account restrictions.

        Please do share here if you receive clearer guidelines from Quora about link usage. It will be very valuable for everyone facing the same issue.

        • 2 Sept 2025 – early evening. I just had 432 “notifications”, plus an email to say my account has been unbanned. As we speak, those notifications (“your answer has been restored”) continue. A quick and positive response after this morning, then! I am hopeful that by tomorrow, all my answers (there’s a lot!) will be back. They took work, and thought, over a few years, and that aggregate loss was the most frustrating bit, for me.

          • Glad to hear your account is unbanned and your answers are being restored! That’s a quick turnaround, and I can imagine the relief after all the effort you put into those responses over the years. Fingers crossed everything is back to normal by tomorrow!
